Moving over to the back of the box, we get a glimpse of some of the specs and features, so this one comes in a 128 plus 8 gigabyte configuration and is in the cyber black color variant. There are also a few other highlights here, like a 6.4 inch super amoled screen a 64 megapixel ai camera, a slim and light design, a helio, g95 gaming, processor and so much more, which we will all look at in a moment. Opening the box up will reveal the accessory packet first, welcoming you to the real realme family. The first thing, you’ll see, is the usual quick manual and important information guide. Next up is your sim ejector tool and a clear jelly case with a tinge of grey which should keep your device nice and safe below. That is the phone itself, and i can already see a bit of that lovely design.
Let’S just set that aside and finally at the bottom of it all is your 30 watt, dart charging, brick and, of course, a usb type c cable, with some green accents with nothing else in the box. Let’S take a look at the actual phone itself. Now, if you’ve seen our hands on on the realme 8 pro, then this shouldn’t be much of a surprise, but either way we can’t get over the rear, panel’s design it’s, just a refreshing look to see. Apart from the large camera, module you’ll see a dare to leap logo on the right side and just like the realme 8 pro, it uses a special fluorescent material that absorbs light and emits a magical glow around the camera in low light conditions it’s available in cyber Black and cyber silver colors, but, as you can see, the variant that we have right now is the former just keep in mind that the back is made up of plastic, although it actually feels quite sturdy, so no complaints there, the glossy back, can be quite a Fingerprint magnet so if you want to keep this device nice and clean you’re going to want to slap on the included jelly case with a thin and light design of 8 millimeters and grams, it also feels really good to hold in the hand and even with the Case on it still feels quite slim, giving you less hand fatigue when used for long periods like when you’re gaming.
The sides of the phone is clad in a matte like finish on. The left is a triple card, tray slot with a dual sim and a dedicated micro sd slot, and on the right, are your volume, rocker keys along with the power slash sleep button, the top of the phone is your secondary noise, cancelling microphone and finally, at the Bottom, we are greeted with your usb type c: port single bottom firing speakers, two holes for the primary mic and we still get a 3.5 millimeter jack nice. The front panel sports a 6.4 inch full hd plus super amoled display and comes with a pre installed screen protector to minimize, getting scuffed up right away and just like its bigger brother it’s, one of the biggest highlights of this phone since last year’s realme 7 only Came with an ips panel it’s also got a very bright screen, peaking up to a thousand nits, so using this under harsh lighting should be easy to do. It still does retain that single punch hole camera on the top left corner. Lastly, the realme 8 also has a touch sampling rate of 180 hertz for a better touch experience for things like gaming. Now one of the key aspects of the realme 8 is the mighty mediatek helio g95 gaming processor, consisting of an octa core chipset with a max clock, speed of 2.05 gigahertz for the dual cortex a76 course and 6 cortex a55 cores clocked at 2, gigahertz it’s.

Without a hiccup. Thankfully, unnecessary apps can be deleted for extra space, but if that’s not enough, you can always expand it up to 1 terabytes via a microsd card.
