I will tell you the s22 is definitely the better one here probably, but there are some areas yes, 22 wins. I will leave both these phones linked in the description you can get them from there and help support the channel at the same time now side by side. There are a couple of differences between these two. The s22 actually has a little bit of a smaller panel and its kind of hard to tell over the display. The samsung galaxy s21 actually had a 6.2 inch dynamic amoled display, and it was a beautiful panel 1080p. So it was less of a resolution than the s20, but it was 120hz panel which would look really good hole. Punch display a little bit of bezel around it, which is so funny to say, because nowadays phones are getting slimmer and slimmer. But i would say between these two: the bezel is around the same, but we do have a little bit of a smaller panel on thats 22.. This is 6.1 inches, so a 6.1 inch 0.1 inches smaller. Not that big of a deal you cant really tell. Although theres something a little bit different about this phone, actually, we are getting a flat sided phone on this one, but this one still has 120 hertz and everything which looks good so not really too many complaints on my side but, like i mentioned with that flat Side now, on the galaxy s2, we do get the impression that it seems a little bit thicker when in reality they may be about the same, which is interesting.

But you can kind of tell that when i put these ones on top of each other and i kind of go like this, you can kind of see all the well. I guess you cant really tell, but basically what im trying to say is the footprint of the s22 is much slimmer because of the flat sides, youre kind of getting a little bit of a thicker phone, but its not really its kind of hard to explain. Now. On the back, this is another really big difference. We have a full glass back now on the s22, the s21 had a plastic bag. So this was a little bit of a difference and i can tell you when youre feeling both the s22 definitely feels a lot more premium, but i will tell you this frosted back. You know the plastic one has kind of grown on me and when its cold, it feels more like glass when its warm, you can definitely tell, but the premiumness definitely goes to the s22 triple camera setups on both as well, but youre. Definitely getting a good heft on the s22 as well. I mean very premium phones here. Actually, i think thats 21 – maybe a little bit thick. I actually cant even tell both of these are beautiful phones and i cant wait to test the s22 a little bit further. Usb type c ports on the bottom as well, and that pretty much covers it up on the outside now in terms of software, were rocking the exact same thing, one ui, 4.

0 or 4.1 on both of these, which is awesome and with the s21 samsung did a Really interesting thing they for both of these, they increased the software longevity to four years of full os updates and five years of security updates. So with the s22, this one is going to be lasting longer than the s21 totally okay. This is expected. You know this is a one year old, newer phone youre also getting, i think, a faster phone from the s21, which is always good to see, but the s21 is still or i meant – thats 22 there. The s21 is still here to stay. I mean this phone got an extra year of software too thats amazing. I love seeing samsung do that stuff and i cant wait for the future of the s21. The s22 is definitely the better one. I mean youre getting the same exact software experience, and i will tell you from versions like the s9 to the s10. That was a pretty big upgrade as 20 to the s21. That was a pretty big change. These two, it seems like samsung kind of did a great job with the body, although i have heard some things about the speed which well get into right now. The samsung galaxy s21 internally had that qualcomm snapdragon 888 chipset inside of it with 8 gigs of ram on the only model that it came out with the s21. On the other hand, has that qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 1 chipset.

So i guess its that newer, chipset, the snapdragon 8 generation one – and this thing is also having eight gigabytes of ram as well, so lets see, which one is the faster phone between both of these okay. There we go s21 is here: s22 is here, lets go and cut all the apps in the background should only take one second theyre all cleared out of both so lets start getting into it. Lets do phone calls three two one pretty much the same thing, not really that big of a deal here lets get into messages three two one. I think the s21 may have been a little bit faster there to be honest, camera three, two one and pretty much the same thing lets take a photo on night mode. Three two one and you can see the s22 was actually faster there, which is really really good to see hopping onto this. One lets go into their play stores. Three two one thats 22, definitely faster there scrolling through here lets see how the loading speeds are and definitely good on both it looks like theyre, both kind of glitching up in some places hopping out of this one galaxy store. Three two one: i think the s22 was the faster. Actually i dont know this. One was kind of tough to be honest. Lets go hop out of this one lets get into some of these google applications lets do google drive 321 and i think the s21 was a little bit faster there.

I may have opened this application before in this phone. Google photos 321 and again, maybe because we have opened these applications before in the s21 could be a little bit of a difference, not 100 too sure. But that is something to keep in mind. As always, we have a bunch of these third party apps, which i have opened up before on here, so snapchat, three, two one really glitched up on both. So i dont know what to tell you about that. One lets go into dune three, two one and pretty much the same thing too, not really that big of a difference. Typically, we see bigger differences between these two, but it really hasnt been the case here. Temple run two three two one, and this one is probably going to be a close one when it comes down to it. Im gon na be honest and the s21 was a little bit slower than the s22. So you can see the s22 is. Definitely you know catching up. S21 was a little bit behind, but really not that big of a deal when it came down to it hopping. Out of this one lets go into snake first blocks three, two one. I do apologize. I think its getting darker with the camera, the s21 was a little bit faster there. That was very, very surprising. I was not expecting that stack three two one. So this is basically my understanding of these things. Right and even thats 21 was faster here.

There shouldnt be a situation where the older phone is slower than the newer one. In any case at all, i never understand why that happens, and why were okay with saying, like, oh, sometimes, its faster. That should be the case with the latest phone fruit ninja. Three two one: i just dont, really see why thats kind of acceptable, i mean imagine that even the battery size is lower on the s22, which im not a fan of, although the body has gotten better, which i love i mean even in this case. Why is the s22 slower, maybe its, because we havent ive, opened this game up before on here? So im, not really too sure whats going on there lets go. Do both three two one kind of the same thing, although i think thats 21 was still a little bit faster there um. We can do thank you, which i dont even have here, but i do think its very, very strange. You know where sometimes an older phone can outperform a newer one. Sometimes i mean this one was still pretty close, but it is very very strange to me, so i will do a full speed comparison between these two. That was very, very weird. I will do spew full speed comparison between these two, but so far its kind of close to be honest, now lets go ahead on the cameras, so, on the back, we have a triple camera setup. We have wide ultra wide and telephoto lenses on both, but they are a little bit.

Different s22 has a 50 megapixel wide angle, lens 10 megapixel telephoto lens and that 12 megapixel ultrawide sensor. But the s21 has a 12 megapixel wide angle, lens 64 megapixel telephoto lens and then a 12 megapixel ultrawide sensor im not really too sure why they do those things like that in terms of the camera uis heres, the s22 heres the s21. I dont think you can tell theres that big of a difference between these two the cameras a little bit awkward youre getting pretty much the same type of capability 8k on the back 4k 60 on the front, pretty much the same type of features as well. You have single take here versus where you have portrait mode. You have all the option under more as well, which is really cool. So if i go under more here, you can see kind of the same features there really isnt that much difference. As far as i can tell im sure the camera is better on the s22, but theyre probably going to be roughly around the same. To be honest, i feel like something like the galaxy s. 22S. Camera is going to be really really good. I cant wait to test this thing out thoroughly, but i do feel like the s21 is still a really really good phone too, when it comes down to the camera quality so and overall, to kind of some of this video. What i can tell you is is that both these phones, i think, are still really good and they are still strong candidates of like amazing phones.

This year, you know, are they perfect? No, the battery size did get a decrease on the galaxy s22 as well. So we had a 4 000 milliamp hour battery on the s21. We have now a 3700 milliamp hour battery on the s22 so that its kind of a big downgrade, and because of that, its like small things like that. That kind of upset me about the galaxy s22. The performance is kind of weird. I like the build quality. I like how its gotten the flat sides, its kind of a lot slimmer too and smaller, which is nice, although i do kind of think that the s21 is better, which is so weird because i was bashing the s21 last year. And now it seems, like i dont know, it seems like theres more or less the same i think were gon na have to do a full speed comparison between these two and everything. I will definitely tell you if you have an s21. I would not even think about upgrading to the s22 – i think theyre just way too similar. I think if you have something like a galaxy s21, its still great for the most part, i mean its, not amazing, but it gets the job done its a great phone for the price tag right now. I just dont think i would go to something like the galaxy s22 right now i mean it just seems like you know, the software needs to get better where the performance needs to kind of you know become a little bit better through updates and then maybe itll Be worth it, but i do think both these ones are great and i cant wait for the future of both these devices that pretty much covers it.

Like i said, if you want to pick these things up, links are down in the description hit the like button. If you guys enjoyed the video but definitely hit that subscribe button, more importantly than everything else, i love every single one of you guys hope ill catch.
